Use of Services
AuditexAI offers AI-powered compliance management and analytics designed to support corporate processes and investment decision-making mechanisms. You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for the accuracy of all data you upload and for having the authority to use such data within our platform.
Accounts and Access
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account details secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account. In case of suspected unauthorized use, you must notify us immediately.
Subscriptions and Payments
Some services require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the fees specified at the time of purchase. All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable prior notice, and such changes will apply to subsequent billing periods.
Consumer’s Right to Cancel
If you are a “Consumer” (and the exceptional circumstances mentioned below do not apply), you have the right to cancel this Agreement and return the product within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day following the completion of the transaction. To exercise your right to cancel, it is sufficient to notify us via our communication channels before the 14-day period expires.
To cancel your order, you must inform AuditexAI of your decision. Please contact us here for prompt processing. Please note that the right to cancel for subscription services applies only after the initial subscription, and this right does not apply to automatic renewals.

Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this Agreement as permitted above, we will reimburse all payments received from you. Your refund will be made without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to cancel. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, and you will not incur any additional fees for this reimbursement.
Exception to the Right of Cancellation
As a Consumer, your right to cancel does not apply to Digital Content that you have started to download, stream, or acquire, or to products from which you have already benefited.
Data and Privacy
Your use of our Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy. By using AuditexAI, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described therein. All uploaded data is handled securely and in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials provided by AuditexAI, including text, graphics, logos, and technology, are the intellectual property of AuditexAI or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of our services without our prior written consent.
Restrictions
You agree not to misuse the Platform. Unauthorized access, attempts to impair the Platform’s functionality, using the service for unlawful purposes, or reselling our services without permission are prohibited activities.
Disclaimers
AuditexAI provides insights and analytics based on available data and AI models. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the results are error-free, complete, or suitable for every business decision. The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AuditexAI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm the platform, other users, or our business. You may stop using our services at any time by closing your account.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, or legal requirements. Updates will be posted here with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform after the changes become effective signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.
